APOLOGIES – I am revising/updating the MAP Toolkit currently. I’m sorry that it is not available for download at the moment. Thank you.
The “Ministry Appreciation and Participation Toolkit” is a very exciting resource designed to help pastors and ministry leaders manage the ministries and programs of the church.
Having finished my Theology degree, I thought I was ready to run a church organisation. Sad to say, I wasn’t, and I was not confident at all.
Some of the questions that I had were: How will I manage the institutional or organisational side of the church? The tasks ahead are so tremendous, how and where do I start? How do I lead and empower the church to achieve its vision? What shall I do to spark active participation in the church?
The vision of creating ministry tools came in 1992 when I was with a team developing productivity, appraisal and planning tools for agrarian reform beneficiaries. The “Ministry Appreciation and Participation Toolkit” or “MAP Toolkit” is a fascinating resource designed to help pastors and ministry leaders organise and manage the ministries and programs of the church.
The toolkit hinges on the principle of creating maps so that the church members will have a guide to appreciating and participating actively in the ministry.
We are sharing the MAP Toolkit for free.
As your token of appreciation, we encourage you to please sign up for the “Ministry Update” newsletter form at the right column or sidebar.
